Ulartoto Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement for Malaysia

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the ulartoto online platform, including its website, mobile application, and all related services. By registering as a member or using any part of the ulartoto platform, you agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

Ulartoto reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website. It is your responsibility as a member to review this Agreement periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest version.

To register and use the ulartoto platform, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• Minimum age of 18 – ulartoto only accepts members aged 18 and above. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be suspended immediately pending age verification.
• Individual (not a company) – Ulartoto accounts may only be registered by individuals and not on behalf of a company or business entity.
• Not an ulartoto employee – Employees, partners, and immediate family members of individuals directly involved in ulartoto's operations are not eligible to register as regular members.
• One account per person – Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in all associated accounts being permanently removed and balances forfeited.

When registering with ulartoto, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ulartoto account username and password. This includes:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings
• Report to the ulartoto support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Ulartoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Ulartoto accepts deposits via the following payment methods, available to Malaysian users:

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time via the "Withdrawal" section of their account, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 50,000 (this may vary depending on your VIP membership tier)
• Identity verification: Members making withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) review before the withdrawal is approved

General Terms for All Bonuses

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements
• Ulartoto reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed with fraudulent intent or abuse
• Winnings from free spins typically carry a maximum withdrawal limit of RM 500 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.

Closure by Member: You may close your ulartoto account at any time by contacting the support team via email or live chat. Please ensure there are no active bets or pending withdrawal requests before submitting your closure request. Any remaining balance will be returned to you once all applicable rollover requirements have been met.

Closure by Ulartoto: ulartoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or breach of terms detected
• Information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months
• Directed to do so by the relevant authorities

Account Re-creation: Members whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not permitted to re-register. Attempting to re-register under a different identity constitutes a further violation.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to ulartoto's internal appeals process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it may be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts for adjudication.

Ulartoto operates in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Malaysia. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online betting is lawful under the local laws applicable to them.
